The massage takes place on a mat on the floor, fully clothed. This allows for complete range of motion.The applied stretches mean that your body is assisted into positions similar to yoga asanas. This creates space between your muscles and joints, and all you do, is lie back and enjoy!

You are welcome if you live in a body that is disabled, non-disabled, old, young, fit, unfit, supple or stiff and creaky. I welcome all bodies of all shapes and sizes... you will benefit from the careful, targeted attention from head to toe.
As no two bodies are the same, every massage is unique and tailored to your individual needs. I create each massage, so that you leave feeling relaxed, restored, and connected to your body.
Why I trained as a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist
I was a competitive athlete from the age of 7 until I was 15. I was a born fencer, until I injured my ankle and had to stop. Since then I have I felt an innate pull towards cultivating stability in my body and restoring my strength and balance.
I have always loved massage, both giving and receiving myself. After my injury, I decided to delve deeper into this holistic approach to healing the root of our dis-ease rather than attending only to what we can see on the surface. Thai Yoga Massage is as wonderful a gift for the giver as it is for the receiver. My body, my heart and my spirit benefit from every massage I give!

The beauty of Thai Yoga massage is that can I come to your home. I bring everything we will need. All you have to provide a private room for us to be in. Or, if you prefer, you can come to me at the Homa Therapy Practice in Islington

You can start off by booking just one massage. I'll find out what your body needs so that the massage leaves you feeling great. You can also book a series of 6 or 8 massages and benefit from a discount.

There is no such thing as a standard, 'one size fits all' Thai Yoga sequence. Each session is designed and tailored individually, for each client, different from one massage to the next. I want to make sure that you feel the full benefits of the massage.
A massage starts at £60
The price depends on the location and the duration of the massage. A massage can take between one and two
hours.
